Thomas Gerin

Thomas Gerin currently serves as Chargé de Mission RH at Adecco Outsourcing since November 2023, focusing on HR policy implementation, manager support, skills development, and participation in various HR projects. Previously, Thomas worked as Assistant RRH at Adecco from September 2021 to August 2023, handling recruitment processes, managing administrative tasks related to apprenticeships, and facilitating training follow-ups. Thomas also gained experience as a Stagiaire Chargé de Développement RH at Condat SA, where content for digital training was created and recruitment participated in. Earlier roles include working as a Magasinier at SARL GERIN MOTOCULTURE and contributing to student integration as a member of the Bureau des Etudiants at IUT2 Grenoble. Thomas holds a Master’s degree from INSEEC Grande Ecole with a specialization in Human Resources and a DUT in Management and Organizations from IUT2 Grenoble.
