Denis Machuel (58) is a highly experienced and proven international CEO, with a leadership background in global business services as well as in technology and engineering consulting. 

Machuel was most recently Group CEO of [Sodexo](/org/sodexo), a people focussed business with more than 400,000 employees in 56 countries. Under his leadership, [Sodexo](/org/sodexo) turned around underperforming segments (including in the US, the Company’s largest market), drove a digital and data transformation of the legacy core businesses and strengthened execution, leading to improved growth. Before becoming Group CEO, Machuel held several global leadership positions at [Sodexo](/org/sodexo), including CEO of two of the Company’s business units, as well as Group Chief Digital Officer. Prior to [Sodexo](/org/sodexo), Machuel spent 16 years with [Altran](/org/altran) Group. He was CEO of [Altran](/org/altran) technologies and later assumed executive leadership of Group offshore strategy and operations. Machuel was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kyndryl in 2021.

Alexander Gut is the current Director at [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group). Prior to this position, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at SIHAG Swiss Industrial Holding Ltd. from December 2015 to May 2019. Ariane Gorin is the current Director at [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group). Ariane has extensive experience in the business world, having held various positions at different companies.

Ariane started their career as an Analyst at Cornerston Research from September 1995 to May 1998. Ariane then became a Summer Associate at [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs) from June 1999 to August 1999. After [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs), they worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from August 2000 to August 2002.

In January 2003, Gorin began working at Microsoft Corporation as the Director of the Microsoft Office Division in France. Ariane was responsible for product management and sales results for Microsoft's Communications, Collaboration and Productivity platform in France. This included products and services such as Office, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync, Project, Visio, and Office 365. Ariane was also responsible for all customer segments, from consumer to SMB to Enterprise. Gorin worked at Microsoft Corporation until February 2013.

After leaving Microsoft Corporation, Gorin became a Board Member at Avanquest Software from September 2013 to July 2015. Avanquest Software is a 100M euro annual revenue publicly-traded french software company.

Coram Williams is the current Chief Financial Officer at [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group). Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at both Pearson and [Penguin Random House](/org/penguin-random-house-llc). At Pearson, they were responsible for financial reporting, planning, accounting, compliance, tax, treasury and investor relations. Coram was also an executive member of the Pearson plc Board. At [Penguin Random House](/org/penguin-random-house-llc), they were responsible for the financial strategy and management of the company, which is a joint venture between Pearson plc and Bertelsmann SE & Co. Coram was also an executive member of the [Penguin Random House](/org/penguin-random-house-llc) Board. Prior to their positions at Pearson and [Penguin Random House](/org/penguin-random-house-llc), they served as the Head of Financial Planning at Pearson plc and as the Interim President at Pearson Education Italia.

Janelle Bieler is the current President of Canada at [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group). Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales for the Western Division at [ManpowerGroup](/org/manpowergroup) from September 2011 to August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for building out, growing, and leading a team of 18 salespeople across 4 states and 11 markets. Before their time at [ManpowerGroup](/org/manpowergroup), Janelle served as the Director of Sales and Strategic Alliances for US Markets at Clearwire from January 2009 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, recruiting and training new sales staff, managing P&Ls, and developing relationships with key clients. Throughout their career, Janelle has demonstrated their ability to build and lead successful sales teams, develop strategic relationships with key clients, and drive growth for their organizations.

Gaëlle de la Fosse, a French national who has lived and worked in 10 countries around the world, was appointed as president of LHH and member of The Adecco Group executive committee in January 2022.

In a career that has spanned more than 20 years, Gaëlle has become a true global expert in both the strategic and operational aspects of business transformation.

She is a graduate of the prestigious Paris Institute of Political Studies, commonly known as [Sciences Po](/org/sciences-po), and holds a master’s degree in business administration from [HEC Paris](/org/hec-paris).

Before taking the helm at LHH, Gaëlle served as CEO of Celio, a global menswear brand headquartered in Paris. There, she oversaw an award-winning people and business transformation, implementing new customer-focused strategies to modernize the brand and make it more relevant and sustainable. Prior to her work at Celio, Gaëlle was partner at [Roland Berger](/org/roland-berger), Europe’s leading business strategy consulting firm.

In 2020, Gaëlle was named by LSA magazine as one of the 50 top women in French commerce.

French born, Valerie joined the [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group) as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and member of the Executive Committee in November 2020. Before joining the [Adecco Group](/org/the-adecco-group), Valerie served as Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years, where she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Since January 2015, Valerie has been Vice President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors, a voluntary position that uses her experience to promote France's economic presence around the world. Valerie holds an English Masters Degree and International Sales Degree.

He applies over 20 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, recruiting, sales and business development to this role.

Teppo was previously Vice President, Head of Global Business Development, M&A and Developer Relations at [PayPal](/org/paypal). He held several executive positions at Nokia between 2004 and 2012, including Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Financial Services. He gained financial expertise working for GE Capital in London, Stockholm and Helsinki.

Teppo is an experienced entrepreneur, having founded five start-ups. He is currently also Board member of 3 Step IT. Previously, he has also acted as a member of the Board of multiple companies, most recently [Simple Finance](/org/simple), Atom Bank, and [Propel Venture Partners](/org/propel-venture-partners).

Between 1995 and 2005, Christophe held positions as Finance Manager and Regional Manager. In 2005, he was appointed Head of Permanent Placement activities in France and became a member of the Groupe Adecco France management team in 2007. In 2009, he was appointed Managing Director of Adecco South-East France and in 2012 took over as Managing Director for Professional Staffing Groupe Adecco France. In February 2019, he was appointed as Regional Head of France and Northern Europe and most recently to President of Adecco from January 2021. Christophe was elected to the board of the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) in April 2021. He previously held the role of President of the GAN in France from 2017 to end of 2020.
