Sean Clark

Sean Clark currently serves as Vice President of Licensing at Adeia, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Sean was the Director of North America IPR & Licensing at Ericsson from January 2020 to February 2025, and previously served as IP Licensing Director at TiVo from July 2016 to January 2020. Sean's career also includes experience as Senior Manager of Patent & IP Licensing at Lattice Semiconductor and as Senior Manager of Business Development at Intellectual Ventures. Sean possesses a strong background in IP monetization strategies and has successfully closed major patent portfolio acquisitions. Sean holds an LL.B. in Law from the University of Birmingham and an LL.M. in Transnational Business Practice from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
