Jim Kouts

Jim Kouts, FAICD, serves as the Director and Corporate Advisor at Executive Advisory Pty Ltd since July 2017 and holds the position of Chair at HomeStart since December 2013. Kouts has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director for the Adelaide Economic Development Agency and the Adelaide Venue Management Corporation since January 2024 and July 2015, respectively, as well as for the Adelaide Convention Bureau since September 2012. Additionally, Kouts has been a Strategic Advisor at Adelaide Airport Limited since July 1997, providing strategic advice to the Managing Director, senior management, and the Board as needed. Other roles include Corporate Advisor at Flinders Port Holdings since August 2018, and former Chair of Business Events Adelaide from December 2017 to December 2023. Kouts was a Non-Executive Director at Beston Global Food Company from February 2015 to December 2020 and held the position of Head of Corporate Affairs at ENGIE in Australia from July 2003 to June 2017. Kouts holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Politics from the University of South Australia, completed in November 1983.
