Paul Hales

Paul Hales is an experienced professional in the field of Business Intelligence, currently serving as the Senior Data & Business Intelligence Lead at Adelaide Airport Limited since October 2023. Previously, Paul held roles including BI Lead / UX&I Manager at NTT Ltd. and Business Intelligence Specialist at Telstra, where significant contributions were made to the implementation of a new BI platform. Early career highlights include developing Business Intelligence capabilities for child care at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, and leading pre-sales engagements for Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions at Avanade. Paul also has extensive experience in solution development, mentoring, and the implementation of data warehousing and migration systems across various organizations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Curtin University.
