Katarina Benes

Katarina Benes has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality and media sectors. Currently serving as a Kitchen Coordinator at the Adelaide Convention Centre since September 2002, Katarina also held the position of Administration Assistant in the kitchen. Prior professional experience includes contributions as a Contributor, Editor, and Graphic Designer for a district newspaper from 1983 to 1991, as well as serving as Assistant Manager for Education and Entertainment at the City Entertainment and Education Centre from 1982 to 1984. Katarina holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Theory of Culture from Komensky University in Czechoslovakia, as well as multiple certifications, including a Certificate IV in Tourism from the Adelaide Institute of Tafe and a Certificate IV in First Line Management from the Adelaide Institute of Tafe - The Centre for Management Studies.
