Heather Croall

Heather Croall AM is an accomplished arts leader with extensive experience in the creative industries. Currently serving as the CEO and Artistic Director of Adelaide Fringe since February 2015, Croall oversees Australia's largest arts festival. Prior experience includes a decade-long role as CEO and Artistic Director of Sheffield Doc/Fest, the UK's premier documentary festival, and co-executive director at Crossover Labs, which focuses on developing interactive and immersive media content. Croall also directed Re Angle Pictures Pty Ltd, an agency specializing in film and art production, and led the Australian International Documentary Conference as CEO. Additionally, Croall has held senior management positions at the South Australian Film Corporation. Educational credentials include a degree in Communications, Media and Film Production from the University of South Australia and an honorary doctorate in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
