Allyson McAllister

Allyson McAllister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as Project Lead at Adelaide University since October 2023, Allyson previously held various roles at the University of South Australia, including Project Manager for Research Degrees and Team Leader for Research Degree Admissions. At AGL Energy from 2010 to 2016, significant contributions were made as a Customer Satisfaction Business Analyst, where Allyson developed a Voice of the Customer insight program, and as a Customer Quality Business Analyst, which improved the customer experience across multiple processes. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bridgestone Australia and British Gas, where team development and operational efficiencies were key focuses. Educational qualifications include an MA (Hons) in Cultural History from the University of Aberdeen, a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Deakin University.
