Bridget Cooke is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Adelante Mujeres, a community-driven organization focused on empowering Latina women through education and leadership opportunities. Since August 2002, Bridget has served as Co-Executive Director from 2002 to 2005 and has been the Executive Director since 2005. Prior to this role, Bridget held positions that included Adult Educator, designing curricula for leadership and Adult Basic Education classes for Latina women, and Migrant Program Coordinator, where strategic planning and support for migrant workers were key responsibilities. Additional roles included Education Coordinator for Equipo de Promoción Campesina, emphasizing women's mental health and sustainable farming. Bridget holds a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Pacific School of Religion, a Certificate in Special Education Instruction, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Western Oregon University.
