Carina Santoro-Quintanilla

Carina Santoro-Quintanilla is an experienced professional currently serving as a Planner in Community Engagement at BRIC Architecture, Inc. since February 2025. With a longstanding commitment to community development, Carina has been involved with Adelante Mujeres since September 2017, holding various roles including Chicas Program Manager, Chicas Program Coordinator, Special Projects Coordinator, and Youth Facilitator/Project Developer. Prior experience includes facilitating workshops focused on sexual assault prevention at the University of Oregon and providing safe transportation alternatives for students as a Dispatcher for University of Oregon Safe Ride. Carina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, Spanish, and Political Science from the University of Oregon and has also studied at Universidad de Sevilla in 2015.
