Carla Fisanich Pacheco

Carla Fisanich Pacheco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in educational and health equity initiatives, as well as operations management. Currently serving as the Health Equity Program Manager at Adelante Mujeres since April 2022, Carla leads a team focused on empowering Latina women and families. Previous roles include Global Educator at VIPKid, where Carla fostered engaging learning for students, and North American Language and Culture Assistant for the Spanish Ministry of Education, collaborating on language instruction. Additional experience includes positions at Oxfam Intermón, Total Wine & More, ALDO Group, Target, Europ Assistance USA, and Maryland Eye Care Center, showcasing a strong blend of program management, customer service, and operational expertise. Carla holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and multiple undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland.
