Serhii Kravchenko began their work experience in 2010 at lookout.com.ua, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they provided client technical support, web platform support, and was responsible for configuring and testing GPS hardware. Serhii worked at lookout.com.ua until August 2012.
From 2012 onwards, Serhii joined Adelina Call Center. Serhii initially worked as an Analyst Senior from November 2012 to November 2018. In this role, they utilized their analytical skills to support various projects.
Next, Serhii transitioned to the position of SQL Developer in November 2018 until October 2019. Serhii applied their SQL expertise to develop and maintain databases.
Currently, Serhii holds the position of Head of Statistics at Adelina Call Center since October 2019. Serhii is responsible for overseeing statistical data and providing analysis to support decision making.
Serhii Kravchenko attended the Cherkasy Engineering and Technological Institute from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they studied finance in the general direction program. In addition to their formal education, Serhii obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft in August 2016. Serhii also completed a Python development course at the Web Academy programming courses in Kiev in March 2016.
