Will Frohnhoefer

Will Frohnhoefer is an experienced soccer coach and educator, currently serving as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Adelphi University and the Head Coach of three academy girls teams at SUSA FC Academy. With a focus on player development, tactical introduction, and fostering a love for the game, Will also contributes to the ENYYSA ODP by integrating player-centered vocabulary and planning optimal training sessions. Previously, Will held the position of Assistant Soccer Coach at Long Island University, focusing on player and team development, recruiting, fundraising, and scouting. Additional experience includes coaching at Challenger Sports and organizing summer recreation programs for the Town of Oyster Bay. Will's background in education is highlighted by a role as a Physical Education Teacher at Island Trees High School, emphasizing physical, social, and cognitive development in youth. Will holds a Master of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Mitchell College.
