João Chaves Eleutério

João Eleutério is an experienced consultant currently employed at adelphi since May 2021, specializing in financial and budget management for projects over 16 million EUR and overseeing procurement procedures. João also serves as a Project Analyst and Enterprise Support Advisor for SEED, focusing on entrepreneurship for sustainable development. Previous roles include Coordinator for Monitoring and Evaluation at Gesellschaft für nachhaltige Entwicklung mbH, Temporary Assistant at Alexianer Werkstätten GmbH, Global Policy Intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and Research Assistant at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), among others.
