The Tasting Room and Customer Experience team at Adelsheim Vineyard is dedicated to creating exceptional and memorable experiences for visitors. The team, including the Club Manager, Tasting Room Lead, Wine Educators, and Tasting Room Associates, manages the tasting room operations, conducts informative wine tastings, and provides personalized customer service to enhance guests' understanding and enjoyment of Adelsheim's world-class Pinot noir and Chardonnay.

Tasting Room and Customer Experience

The Operations team at Adelsheim Vineyard ensures the seamless functioning of vineyard activities and wine production. The Facilities & Bottling Supervisor oversees facility maintenance and bottling processes, while the Vineyard Manager & Grower Relations coordinates vineyard operations and maintains grower partnerships. The Assistant Vineyard Manager supports vineyard management tasks, and the Inventory & Shipping Logistics Coordinator handles logistics for inventory and shipment of products. Together, they play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of quality and sustainability that define Adelsheim’s wines.

Operations

The Wine Production team at Adelsheim Vineyard is responsible for crafting the high-quality Pinot noir and Chardonnay wines for which the winery is renowned. Led by the Winemaker and supported by roles such as the Cellar Master, Cellar Specialist, and Assistant Winemaker, this team oversees all aspects of the winemaking process. They manage grape harvesting, fermentation, aging, and bottling, ensuring that each bottle reflects the unique terroir of the Chehalem Mountains while adhering to sustainable practices.
