Tei Chin Hing is an experienced professional in the technology and security sectors with a solid background in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the Call Services Manager at Ademco Security Group since July 2014, Tei has revitalized the Call Services department to enhance its reputation within the security industry. Previously, Tei co-founded and managed Food Vision Pte Ltd in the F&B industry from 2006 to 2010, overseeing all operational aspects. Tei's extensive experience also includes roles as Support Brand Manager at CA Technologies, System Analyst at Bank of China, and System Engineer at Sony Systems Design International. Tei holds a Master's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
