Edgar Gutierrez

Edgar Gutierrez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, consulting, and education within the engineering and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones at Ademinsac since September 2009, Edgar oversees the Fluids Consulting Division, offering training and developing proactive maintenance projects. Additionally, Edgar teaches graduate-level courses at multiple institutions, including Postgrado UPC and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, focusing on fluids, tribology, and predictive maintenance strategies. Previous roles include technical and commercial representation for companies such as KleenOil Panolin Germany and MAFI Germany, as well as leadership positions at Ferreyros S.A.A., where Edgar spearheaded laboratory growth and pollution control initiatives. Edgar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Welding Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a diploma in Heavy Machinery Maintenance Management.
