Melissa Cross

Melissa Cross has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Melissa began their career in 1996 as a Clinique National Events Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Melissa then moved on to Parfums Christian Dior, where they worked as a National Account/Training Manager from 1999 to 2001. Melissa joined Brown Thomas in 2002 as a Buying Manager for the Wedding Shop, and remained in this role until 2005. In 2006, they joined Revelation Films as a National Account Manager. Melissa worked at LeapFrog Toys from 2007 to 2015, during which they held the positions of Senior National Account Manager-UK and later Head of Sales EMEA Australia & New Zealand. Melissa currently holds the position of General Manager Europe at Aden & Anais, Inc., having previously worked as Sales Director and Sales and Business Development Manager for the same company. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, autonomy in managing budgets and teams, and proficiency in sales and business development.
