Zenon Guardia has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiovascular perfusion and blood management. Zenon started their career at Mount Carmel Health System in 1997, where they worked as a Perfusionist for 18 years. In 2015, Zenon joined Adena Health System as the Chief Perfusionist. Later that year, they founded their own company, Guardia Perfusion Services LLC, where they serve as the Founder and CEO. Zenon'scompany provides a range of services including cardiovascular perfusion, autotransfusion, perioperative blood management, and regenerative therapies using adult stem cells and platelets.
Zenon Guardia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Perfusion Technology/Perfusionist from The Ohio State University in 1997. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University, completing it in 2008.
