Mack Schow

Mack Schow currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Adenia Partners, a pan-African firm focused on delivering strong financial and impact returns through its control investment strategy. With extensive experience in the African investment landscape, Mack previously held the position of Vice President (Deputy Head of Equity Africa) at DEG, where responsibilities included co-managing a team overseeing a portfolio of approximately $800 million in corporate equity. Additional roles at DEG included leading the Ghana Office and West Africa Private Equity initiatives, managing direct investments, and executing the full investment cycle across various sectors. Mack Schow holds a Master's degree in Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Saint John's University.
