Sanne Jocelyn Hageman-Zijlstra is a versatile education professional with extensive experience in various roles. Sinds 1 januari 2019 vormen OPO Furore en PCBO Smallingerland e.o. samen de holding Adenium. Binnen deze holding werken de dochters OPO Furore en PCBO Smallingerland e.o. nauw samen maar behouden ze hun eigen naam en identiteit. Binnen de holding wordt er vooral gekeken naar dat wat de beide dochters verbindt, hierin worden de krachten gebundeld en de kwaliteiten ingezet voor goed onderwijs voor elke leerling. Adenium heeft 35 basisscholen onder haar hoede. Deze bevinden zich in de gemeenten Smallingerland, Opsterland en Tytsjerksteradiel.
