Alexandre Johnston

Alexandre Johnston currently serves as Chief of Staff at ADEO since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandre held the position of Legal Global Employment & Labour Senior Director at Wella Company from March 2021 to October 2023. Alexandre has extensive experience in social development and international mobility, having worked as Directeur Developpement Social & Mobilité Internationale at ADEO from February 2014 to February 2021. Additional past positions include Directeur du Développement Social at Fnac, Directeur Adjoint Relations Sociales et Contentieux at Nestlé, and Responsable des Relations du Travail at Valeo. Early in the career, Alexandre served as an Avocat at Fromont Briens and undertook a traineeship at Eversheds. Academic qualifications include a DESS DPRT in Social Law and a Diplôme Avocat in Social Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and EFB, respectively.
