Fabien Leblanc

Fabien Leblanc is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Head of Product and Business Domain Leader for Home Services & Energy Renovation Digital Platform at ADEO since July 2025. Previously, Fabien held multiple roles at Leroy Merlin from October 2020 to October 2025, including Head of Product for Adeo Retail Media and Product Manager for KOBI, which supports the development of web applications. From September 2015 to October 2020, Fabien was a Product Manager at SENSEFUEL, focusing on creating dedicated search solutions for digital commerce. Fabien began a career at Sparkow as a Product Manager and Consultant, leading agile transformations and optimizing user experiences. Earlier experience includes digital project management roles at Agapes Restauration (Groupe Auchan) starting in 2002. Fabien has a strong educational background in product management, web design, and computer science, with relevant qualifications from Efficom and Université Artois.
