Tiphaine Hammerschmied

Tiphaine Hammerschmied serves as the Head of FP&A at ADEO, the European leader in the Home Improvement and DIY market, since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tiphaine worked as an Independent Consultant for Decathlon United, focusing on transformation projects and real-estate strategy. Tiphaine's previous experience at Accor included positions such as Head of Financial Reporting and Asset Manager, where responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, negotiations, and strategic operational studies. Earlier career experiences involved roles as a Project Manager and Business Analyst within Accor, as well as consulting and trainee positions at EADS, Henkel, and LVMH. Tiphaine holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris and has additionally studied at The Wharton School.
