Helen Höglund

Helen H is the Founder and CEO of Envision IT Services Inc., a position held since June 2015, where responsibilities include building e-commerce websites, sourcing products globally, optimizing search engines, and leveraging social media for marketing. Before this venture, Helen served as a Quality Assurance Analyst II at ZE PowerGroup from February 2011 to December 2014, where duties involved developing test strategies, writing test cases, and participating in Agile/Scrum meetings. Helen began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Fortinet from August 2007 to June 2010, resolving customer technical issues and providing training. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a Certificate with Distinction in Database from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
