Carrie Olenick

Carrie Olenick is currently the Executive Director at Adeo, a Colorado-based nonprofit focused on residential services for adults with traumatic brain injuries, where they oversee strategic and operational responsibilities. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Northern Colorado Services at Volunteers of America, directing programs that support seniors and veterans. Carrie began their career with positions in youth ministry and retail leadership, including roles at St. Paul's Newman Center and B. Dalton Bookstore. They are pursuing an Executive MNA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Notre Dame, building on a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from New Mexico State University.
