Steven Payne

Steven Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, marketing, and recruiting across various organizations. Currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at ADEPT Force Group, Inc. since October 2022, Steven previously held the positions of Product Manager/Product Owner and Marketing and Recruiting Subject Matter Expert Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2018 to October 2022. In these roles, Steven successfully implemented Agile methodologies and contributed to major projects, such as a $154M Accessions Information Environment initiative. Previous experiences include leadership in marketing and community outreach in the esports sector and strategic roles in the U.S. Army, where Steven significantly improved recruiting operations and team performance. Steven holds a BA in Business Marketing from Post University and has additional education from the University of Phoenix.
