Olivier Houart is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources, logistics, and supply chain innovation. Currently serving as the Head of HRIS Integration Team for Adequasys Group since January 2023, Olivier is also a member of the executive committee. Prior to this role, Olivier founded SmartOperations, a company focused on corporate innovation strategies and digitalization from March 2018 to December 2022, and TempoDepot, a B2B logistics platform from March 2016 to March 2018. Olivier held the position of Director at Gondrand International AG from July 2003 to June 2015, overseeing transport and logistics operations. Earlier experience includes consulting in supply chain innovation at PEA Consulting from January 2000 to January 2002 and working as a Production Specialist at Cartier from June 1998 to August 1999. Education includes an Executive Education in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées. Olivier is currently participating in the altMBA program.
