Kathryn Pizzi has a diverse work experience. Kathryn started their career at Sidley Austin in 1994 as an Assistant Reference Librarian, where they worked until 1997. In 1997, they joined Aderant as a Training Application Specialist and then moved on to become the Assistant Training Manager & Senior Training Consultant. Kathryn later became the Manager of 3rd Party Product Implementations and then the Senior Training and Implementation Consultant. Kathryn also served as the Manager of Regional Solution Consulting and the Director of the Client Experience Team before their current role as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Aderant, starting in 2024. Throughout their career, Kathryn has focused on training and implementation, customer experience, and operations.
