Lars Agten

Lars Agten has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lars started their career at Accountemps in 2007 as a Consultant, and then moved on to J&T Autolease in 2008. At J&T Autolease, Lars held various roles including Lease Consultant, Car Remarketing Manager, and Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included coaching the after-sales team, managing departments such as Insurance and Procurement, monthly reporting, and overseeing suppliers. In 2016, Lars joined Kia Motors Belux as a Fleet Manager, and in 2017, they transitioned to ADESA Europe as the Country Manager for Belgium. Their most recent role at ADESA Europe is Operations Director, where they are currently responsible for the company's operations.

Lars Agten started their education in 1995 at Koninklijk Atheneum Mechelen, where they completed their secondary education. From 2001 to 2007, they attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel and obtained a Master's degree in Economics, with a major in finance. In 2010, Lars enrolled at Syntra, where they pursued a field of study in auto-expertise until 2012.
