Mike Arts has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Mike is currently the Sales & Marketing Director at ADESA Europe, an online auction website for the car trade. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at AD-Group. From 2016 to 2022, they served as a Director at Emil Frey Car Trading Netherlands. Before that, they were the Managing Director at We Buy Any Car Limited Netherlands from 2014 to 2016. From 2009 to 2014, they held the position of Managing Director at Macadam Nederland B.V. Mike also worked at DaimlerChrysler Nederland B.V. from 2004 to 2009, where they served as the Director of Sales and District Manager. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Renault Nederland N.V. as an Area Manager in Sales and After Sales.

Mike Arts has a history of pursuing executive education programs to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of finance and management. In 2003, they attended the Management Executive Program at Nyenrode University, where they focused on improving their management skills. Later, in 2013, they enrolled in the Finance for Executives program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with a focus on enhancing their financial expertise.
