Ilia Sinev

Ilia Sinev, PhD, is a seasoned professional in data engineering and catalysis with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant Data Engineer at adesso SE since January 2023, Ilia previously worked as a BI Consultant and Data Analyst/Engineer at Milestone Consult GmbH & Co. KG from November 2019 to December 2022. Prior academic roles include Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow at Ruhr University Bochum, contributing to projects in solid-state physics and industrial chemistry, respectively. Ilia's academic journey began at Lomonosov Moscow State University, culminating in a PhD in Heterogeneous Catalysis from the Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry, with a focus on the design and optimization of catalytic systems and processes.
