Mirko Reckhard

Mirko Reckhard serves as the Director of Salesforce Marketing & Commerce and Head of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at adesso SE since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice and contributing to the marketing automation community. Prior to this, Reckhard held several senior roles at nexum AG from November 2011 to December 2019, overseeing the Business Division Marketing Platforms and leading the consulting team in the Communication Unit, along with expertise in marketing automation and customer journey strategies. Previous experiences include strategic consulting and brand development at Liquid Campaign/Serviceplan, user experience design for prominent brands at Interone Worldwide, and various roles in communications and public relations spanning multiple companies. Reckhard holds a Magister degree in German Literature, English Literature, History, and Media Theory from the University of Cologne.
