Marcus Schmidt

Marcus Schmidt currently serves as the Head of CrossX OnPrem at adesso as a service GmbH, overseeing platform and people strategy and growth since June 2024. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Schmidt has worked as a Head of Business Administration at smapOne AG and as Director of Service Operations at plusserver. Previous responsibilities include leading Agile Operations & Cloud at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, managing application management and cloud services at operational services GmbH & Co.KG, and holding IT service management roles at Dell. Additionally, Schmidt has pursued freelance work as a moderator and keynote speaker for a variety of events since 2007.
