Marie Witschass

Marie Witschass has a diverse work experience in the field of IT project staffing solutions and talent acquisition management. Marie has worked as a Head of IT Project Staffing Solutions and a Teamlead Project Staffing Solutions at adesso Schweiz AG from 2018 to 2020 and from 2021 to the present, respectively. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager and Account Manager at the same company from 2015 to 2017. Marie also worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in SAP at Prime21 AG for a brief period in 2015. Additionally, they gained experience in personal support and procurement at Bosch from 2011 to 2012.

Marie Witschass began their education at Léon-Foucault-Gymnasium Hoyerswerda, where they obtained their Abitur in an unspecified year, which acted as their high school diploma. Marie then attended Universität Erfurt from 2008 to 2011, completing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology. In 2010-2011, Marie also pursued a certificate in Praxis der Personalarbeit at Erfurt School of Education (ESE). Continuing their education at Universität Erfurt, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology from 2012 to 2015.

Marie Witschass has also obtained additional certifications. In 2019, they received the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in May 2021, Marie completed the Train the Trainer certification from Insure Academy.
