Faysal Khayat Moreno

Faysal Khayat Moreno has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to global payroll operations and project management. Faysal is currently working as the Head of Global Payroll at Adevinta since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Global Payroll Operations at Arxada from September 2021 to March 2023. From July 2016 to August 2021, they worked at Hanesbrands Inc. as the Manager of EMEA Payroll Operations. Faysal also worked at ADP as a Senior Project Manager for Payroll Implementation Services from October 2012 to June 2016. Faysal started their career in 2006 at Applus+ IDIADA A.T., S.A. as a Project Manager, a role they held for over 6 years until October 2012.

Faysal Khayat Moreno has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Faysal then pursued a Master's degree in Optical telecommunications network from IMT Atlantique from 2003 to 2004. In 2004-2005, they completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, Faysal attended IESE Business School and obtained an Executive MBA.
