Kevin Barrett serves as Senior Counsel Legal & Privacy at Adevinta since March 2020, following two years as Head of Legal & Privacy for the Shpock subsidiary, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters for a prominent mobile online classifieds platform. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Lansky, Ganzger + partner Rechtsanwälte, one of Austria's leading law firms, specializing in intellectual property, telecommunications, and privacy law, with a track record of representing major clients in the media and tech industries. Additional legal experience encompasses a legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and internships across various legal settings, including Baxter Deutschland GmbH and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. Kevin Barrett holds a Mag. iur. degree from the University of Vienna and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Université Paris Cité.
