Denielle Pemberton - Heard

Denielle Pemberton-Heard has extensive experience in the legal and executive fields. Denielle currently serves as the Global Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at Diversified Search, where they provide talent advisory services and introduces leaders through various practices. Denielle is also an Independent Director at Pod and &pizza. Previously, Denielle was the Chief Executive Officer of STEMconnector and merged with Pod. Denielle also held the position of Group Counsel, Business Affairs at the Public Broadcasting Service, where they worked on transactional matters and led digital content acquisitions. Denielle has also worked at Thales Communications, WarnerMedia - AOL, Discovery Inc, Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C, and Wiggin and Dana LLP in various legal roles.

Denielle Pemberton-Heard is an alum of Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, where they earned a degree. Denielle also attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they obtained a JD. Denielle Pemberton-Heard received their BA degree in Political Science/ International Relations from Tufts University. Prior to their university education, they attended The Ursuline School in New Rochelle, New York.
