Ona Serra

Ona Serra is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance transformation and international financial management. Currently serving as a Finance Transformation Consultant at Adevinta since November 2020, Ona leads key workstreams for consolidation, reporting, and the implementation of OneStream across the Group. Previously, as a Senior International Financial Controller at Natura Bissé, responsibilities included managing financial reporting, budgeting, and human resources compliance with UAE labor laws. Prior experience also includes serving as International Financial Controller Manager at Miguel Torres, S.A., where Ona led SAP BPC implementation, and as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, focusing on external and internal audits. Ona's educational credentials include a Bachelor in Business Administration and an MBA from Esade, as well as an exchange program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and training in effective communications from Dale Carnegie.
