Pol Comas Pinyol

Pol Comas Pinyol has a strong background in strategy and transformation, with experience in various industries. Pol currently works as the Head of Strategy at Adevinta. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Strategy & Growth at Flamagas, where they played a key role in the company's international expansion. Pol also served as the Head of Transformation & Business Operations at OYO, one of the largest hotel chains globally. Before that, they worked as a Transformation Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, a leading online travel company. Pol also has experience in corporate strategy and new business development, having worked at Grupo Pullmantur, a leading cruise company. Pol started their career as a Strategy Consultant at Desigual and later served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Pol also gained marketing experience through an internship at Panrico. With a strong track record in strategy and a diverse range of industry experiences, Pol brings valuable expertise to their current role.

Pol Comas Pinyol received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2009. In 2008, they also received a merit-based Erasmus scholarship from Newcastle University. Pol later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at IESE Business School from 2013 to 2015 and attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2014 for another MBA program.
