Apurv Gupta

Apurv Gupta has over sixteen years of experience in the field of strategic communications and financial regulatory law. Apurv currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Strategic Communications Group at Adfactors PR, where they advise clients on managing communication during high-stakes events such as Boardroom Issues, M&As, Litigations, and Insolvencies. Prior to this, Apurv worked as an Independent Legal Counsel, providing legal advice to clients on securities market regulations and compliance. Apurv has also worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where they provided legal advice on securities market regulations and conducted due diligence on Indian listed companies. Apurv began their career in journalism, working in the Capital Markets department of The Economic Times.

Apurv Gupta holds a LLB degree, as well as postgraduate diplomas in both Securities Law from GLC and Securities Market from IICM. No specific time frame is provided for when these educational pursuits took place.
