Arun Thankappan

Arun Thankappan has extensive work experience in the public relations industry. Arun started their career at Perfect Relations in 2008 as an Associate Image Manager. Arun then joined Hanmer Msl in 2010, initially as a Consultant and later as a Senior Account Manager. In 2014, Arun moved to Adfactors PR, where they held the positions of Account Director and Senior Account Director. Their role at Adfactors PR is ongoing and currently they hold the position of Senior Account Director.

Arun Thankappan has a brief education history, with their most recent educational experience occurring in 2017 at the National University of Singapore. During this time, they focused on studying Social Media in Public Relations. Prior to that, in 2016, they participated in the Stepping into Leadership Programme at the Indian School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as leading virtual meetings, managing virtual teams, building resilience, developing resourcefulness, executive presence on video conference calls, managing stress for positive change, Microsoft Teams tips and tricks, productivity tips, thriving at work, time management when working from home, and working remotely. These certifications were obtained in 2020 and were completed through LinkedIn.
