Jophy Joseph started their work experience as a Marketing & Sales professional at Chary Publications in 2010. Jophy then worked as an Area Head at In Time News Network from 2011 to 2013. Following that, Jophy joined Dubai Tourism as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist from 2013 to 2014. Jophy then worked as a Media Strategist at Passion 4 Communication (P4C) from 2015 to 2017. Jophy then worked at Spell Communications as an SEO Content, Public Relations, and Events professional from 2017 to 2018. Jophy later joined DENTSU AEGIS NETWORK LTD. as a Public Relations, Digital PR, and Investor Relations professional from 2018 to 2021. After that, Jophy worked at Veritas Reputation PR Pvt Ltd as a Public Relations Professional from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a Public Relations Specialist at Adfactors PR, starting from March 2023.

Jophy Joseph attended the University of Mumbai from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) with a field of study focused on Advertising. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Mass Media program at the University of Mumbai, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Additionally, in September 2020, Jophy Joseph obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing Foundations and Time Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
