Poonam Shirodkar

Poonam Shirodkar has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Poonam started their career in 2006 as an HR Executive at Power Talk Human Resources and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at SIA Consultants, where they set up the PR and advertising verticals and handled recruitments for 17 PR agencies. Poonam then joined Perfect Relations Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Executive in HRM and independently handled PAN India hiring for the company from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Poonam joined Appco Group India as an HR Manager and was responsible for talent acquisition and generalist HR activities. Poonam implemented new HR policies and processes, designed and executed employee performance reviews, and contributed to effective people management and organizational growth.

From 2016 to 2016, they worked at Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd as a Manager in HR, before joining Gilpin Tours & Travel Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 as a Manager in HR. At Gilpin Tours, they handled PAN India HR operations and was instrumental in setting up the HR department.

Currently, Poonam Shirodkar is working at Adfactors PR as a Manager in HR, starting from 2022.

Poonam Shirodkar completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Mithibai College, spanning from 2000 to 2003. Later on, from 2021 to 2024, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
