Paul Keeping

Paul Keeping is an experienced professional in recovery and community support, currently working as a Recovery Practitioner at Adferiad Recovery since November 2021, focusing on assisting caregivers of individuals with serious mental health issues. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Recovery Coach at STAFELL FYW CAERDYDD / LIVING ROOM CARDIFF, where services were provided to individuals recovering from addiction. Paul has extensive management experience with the City of Cardiff Council, serving as Operational Manager for Scrutiny and Equality, overseeing policy research and modernizing the Council’s equality approach. Additional project management roles include contributions to the NHS Wales Centre for Equality and Human Rights and the Cardiff Health Alliance. Paul began a career in marketing as Marketing Manager for Cardiff Council, promoting various public services. Academic qualifications include degrees from the University of Oxford and University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
