Sandy Ackers

Sandy Ackers has extensive work experience in finance and management accounting. They most recently served as the Director of Finance at Adferiad Recovery since April 2022. Prior to that, Sandy worked at CAIS Ltd from August 2014 to September 2019 as a Finance Manager, and from July 2006 to August 2014 as a Management Accountant. They started their career at Fugro Robertson Ltd. in July 1987 as a Management Accounts Assistant and remained in that position until July 2006.

Sandy Ackers pursued their education in a chronological manner starting with the completion of an MSc in Management, with a specialization in Innovation in Social Enterprises, from Dublin City University. This degree spanned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they undertook studies at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they earned the ACMA degree in Accounting.
