Emily Harris is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Compliance and MLRO at Adfin since April 2025, and as an angel investor with both HERMESA and Alma Angels since October 2022. Prior roles include Deployment Strategist at TRM Labs, Advisor and Head of Compliance at Fiat Republic, and Compliance Manager at Amazon. Through various positions at OpenPayd and PwC, Emily developed comprehensive compliance strategies, conducted risk assessments, managed compliance teams, and played a key role in regulatory policy development. Emily began a career in compliance and legal coordination at The Co-operative Bank and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from The University of Auckland, along with legal professional training from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
