Lena Gryn

Lena Gryn currently serves as the Head of Product Design at Adfin, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Lena held multiple roles at CourtCorrect, including Lead Product Designer, where significant achievements included the development of an AI Complaints Management Platform that improved case resolution times by 72% and client conversion rates by 23%. Lena's experience encompasses a range of design roles, including a position as a Visual Designer at Barens Group and a UX Design Internship with Amazon. Furthermore, Lena contributed as a Design Mentor at adplist.org, offering guidance to designers worldwide. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Digital Service Design from Brunel University of London and a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
