Rafaela Huonder

Rafaela Huonder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as People Lead and Program & Project Manager at Adfinis since August 2021, Rafaela previously held roles including Director of Operations and Finance and International Operations Manager at Stillpoint Spaces, as well as Account Manager for Hilti Great Britain. Additional experience includes serving as Office Manager at Esri, Administrative Assistant at the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York, and various management roles in the hospitality sector. Rafaela holds an Executive MBA in International Business from HWZ University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Southern Queensland, complemented by a degree in Tourism Management and a Federal Maturity in Economics.
