Caitlin Barasa

Caitlin Demko is currently the Creative Director at Adfire Health. Caitlin has previously worked as the Marketing Manager at Exela Technologies from January 2017 to January 2019. At Exela, they managed a team of graphic designers, content writers, event specialists and marketing specialists.

Some of their notable achievements include increasing viewership of company materials by over 50% and increasing the average time viewers spent reviewing company materials by over 300%. Caitlin also wrote and produced a wide range of videos that drove sales and increased brand awareness, including a commercial aired on live television that received over 20,000 views and a series of three videos articulating the “future of mail” as part of a presentation to win over $82M in business from a major technology company.

In addition, they developed and wrote business proposals that earned over $200M in new and continued business services for clients including Fortune 100 companies, top U.S. Banks, top pharmaceutical companies and Am Law 100 firms. One of their most notable deals generated approximately $100M in new revenue.

Caitlin has also been responsible for developing B2B campaigns by working closely with senior leadership, strategy team and subject matter experts within consumer manufacturing, healthcare, financial, technology and legal industries. Caitlin has generated exposure for Exela by developing marketing materials displayed at the Nasdaq Market Bell Ceremony in New York’s Time Square that was aired on networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News which reached millions of viewers worldwide.

Finally, they have also developed and distributed content style guide, design style guide, PowerPoint templates, word templates and other materials to develop enterprise wide brand consistency. Caitlin has also managed planning and campaigns for approximately 40 annual company events.

Caitlin Demko graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Caitlin'story. Caitlin then attended Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where they earned their Juris Doctor.
